The craziest, most wild example of the Aurora Borealis I have ever witnessed (and may ever whiteness). This photo does it no justice at all... damned camera.

DOOD!!! That's awesome, we shot the same northern lights on the same night!!! I couldn't see them within the city limits though, had to drive west to catch them. Great work! Ha, that's so cool we did the same shot on the same night.

:D hehe I know... a bunch of my friends in the city (calgary) also saw them... I was luckily on the outskirts of calgary and so had a nice light-noise free view.
